The Vision

The American Innovators Network (AIN) exists to fill a glaring vacuum in Washington: No single group is dedicated to Little Tech—startups, risk-takers, and the next generation of entrepreneurs in the United States.

What is Little Tech?

"Greatness starts in a garage" isn't just our slogan, it's a fundamental truth about innovation. It serves as a reminder that the most iconic companies—the ones that truly change the game— often begin with a handful of passionate people embracing risks. It's the ultimate expression of American ingenuity, where anyone with a dream and a work ethic can turn a garage, a dorm room, or a coffee shop into a launchpad for greatness. Today, that ethos is at risk of being snuffed out entirely.
The game has changed for startups. For decades, all you needed was a great idea, a willingness to take risks, and the freedom to execute. But now, the system is stacked against them. Harmful policies, overregulation, and entrenched interests are destroying the landscape innovators need to drive progress.
What we know is incumbents have the luxury of armies of lobbyists and lawyers to navigate the regulatory maze and virtually unlimited ability to fund influence campaigns that shape the rules that govern the playing field. Meanwhile, Little Tech has been left to fend for itself, trying to stay ahead of the regulatory curve while building groundbreaking products and remaining responsive to consumers.
We need our elected officials to fight for the freedom to research, invent, create jobs, and build the future. Because when we don't, we risk losing the very foundation that has made the United States great. The American Innovators Network exists to empower those who refuse to accept the status quo and instead choose to build, invent, and disrupt. We’re not afraid of making bold moves or taking risks, and it’s time for Washington to support Americans who will do the same.
